A used ministry van will allow us to transport young people – especially young moms and their little ones- more safely and efficiently.It will be used not just for camp retreats, but also for year-round events, parenting training classes, outings, outreach, and many other aspects of ministry.
At camp, Stop the Cycle moms and dads attend parenting classes led by our team; so in that sense camps are more like a parenting workshop. These are young people who grew up in abusive, neglectful households, and then in an institution with hundreds of other children, and they know very little about parenting. These classes are essential for the well-being of their little ones!
